We hold large stocks of modular hose and ancillary equipment for rapid supply, including, high pressure stainless braided hose with an 15 bar rating and PN flanged, as well as, standard 10 bar rubber suction and discharge hose
With a multitude of standard sizes, including, 2, 3, 4 and 6 inch, a complete temporary pipe-work system can be designed, delivered and installed within hours, maintaining your business continuity.

Our highest pressure rated hose is also the lightest and most flexible available for hire. Furthermore, with working pressures from 16 to 30Bar and a temperature range of -200 to 600 degrees, it’s a perfect choice for multitude of temporary temporary hot water hose hire installations.
A good solid proven standard with us and commonly used in the hire industry, 10bar rubber/ suction and discharge hose is constructed from black flexible NR/SBR rubber with embedded high tensile steel helix & textile braid manufactured to BS1102: 1977(1983).
Working temp range: -20ºC to +70ºC and used by us to a maximum 6 Bar working pressure, after which we switch to Stainless Braided.
For larger 6” bore systems we have available stock of Composite Polypropylene flexible pipe-work. Although heavier, less flexible and with a lower pressure rating than braided Stainless hose, Composite is very durable
Manufactured from polypropylene fabrics and films in addition to weather/ abrasion proof outer cover with galvanised internal and external wires for structural reinforcement, it has a working temp range of -30 to +80ºC @ 14 Bar max working pressure

1000kw process chiller hire to assist with a plastic injection moulding process. The client was experiencing increasing production difficulties in the hot summer months due to on site chiller failures. Chilled water performs the important role of cooling the extrusion after the injection moulding process.
Certainly one of the largest and most challenging temperature control projects we have ever carried out. Measuring at 288,000 sq/mt and at a height of 20 metres, this area was partitioned from the main deep chill warehouse for a 15 degree storage chamber.
