Our large scale systems are designed to remove moisture on an industrial scale.

How our systems work

Air is circulated around the work area in large amounts at high velocity. The supply air from the air handling unit is heated by on board electric heaters. The warm air drives moisture in greater amounts from the work area, holding more as it is recovered to the unit.

The warm, moist return air is then passed across a large chilled water battery inside the air handler. When it hits this cold surface the water in the air condenses out leaving the unit by drain. The air then passes over the heating elements to be warmed again before being blown back into the work area.

Chilled water is supplied by industrial process chillers that maintain the water flow temperature as low as possible- in this way a greater condensing effect is achieved on the cooler surface.
